Happy New Year!

This is the first update of this site in over a year .... 2008 ended up being quite a distraction !! However it was also an exciting year, with a new album almost ready for release. A real mix of influences with a strong bellydancing theme. I have tried to create a range of tunes aimed at a variety of dance styles. ATS, traditional, house and tribal fusion for example..... watch this space for more news !

December 2007

Solstice greetings !

2007 has been a very busy year for me !! A big thank you to every one who has helped get me through the last 12 months !!!

The XamXam gig in Brighton and the Tarab show in Birmingham both went very well, the BBC are interested in continuing their support of the XamXam project in the new year and the Tarab show has paved the way for similar 'multi media' shows in Ireland and the USA next year.

'While the green man sleeps' has just been released on line and is now available on itunes. The 1st 'Chil le Monde' album is also up on itunes, with the next album well underway.

During the course of the year I have also released my 'online' only album 'Eastern Moments' as well as 'Living like this' and 'Not waving Im drowning' from the old 'Expandis' catalogue.

The 'Stallion' album has already sold out and will be re - pressed early next year and looks like having a special collectors release in Japan ! There are no plans to put the album up on itunes however so if you want to give it a listen you can visit the bands new myspace profile.

My new album project is going well, special thanks to Lilith for her hard work and support during the NYC sessions !! I will be back over in the states for Christmas for further sessions.

Lilith and the mothership !

For the last few weeks I have been over in New York working on a new project ! The aim is to create a show featuring tribal dance, VJ and live performance. To this end I have been recording with rising star 'lilith' (as well as filming over 10 hours of video material including 2 gigs !) Collaborating with musicians, costume designers and tribal dancers from NYC and San Francisco.

We have already completed one new track 'Guardian' which will be featured on the new Earthdance album 'Chill le Monde' due for release in a few weeks time. I am planning to release a new album later this year and put up various youtube clips in support of the new show.
